I finally took Alexis to Zumba for the first time! I’ve only been twice before but both of those times were this week. I feel completely addicted! I’m always planning my next Zumba workout – it’s that good!
Started the day with peanut butter & honey covered toast and a ‘nana.
After Zumba we went to Whole Foods to hang out a bit and have a healthy and hot lunch. Chicken breast that was more like 1 1/2 chicken breasts! It was huge! Veggies (broccoli & cauliflower) of course and some mushrooms and rice. Fantastic!
After doing some grocery shopping Alexis and I ran through Starbucks for a little pick me up! Iced nonfat caramel macchiato – for the win! It was exactly what I needed it to be! Cool, refreshing and energizing!
Tommy & Alexis are finally on the mend so we took advantage and went out to dinner. I was craving more chicken so I got the fajita tacos – one beef & one chicken. I took away the tortillas and only ate one of them but disregarding the rice and beans. Lots of steak and chicken fajita meat, guacamole, lettuce, tomato and lots and lots of salsa.
Wrap-Up: Fantastic Zumba workout! Alexis loved it too so it’s nice to know that I’ll have another Zumba partner! Great food all around and all within my nutrients & calorie limits. Bam bam bam! Weigh-in tomorrow. Now I’m nervous….
